McDreamy from Grey's Anatomy Raised a McDreamy Cancer Donation

To me Patrick Dempsey is always the perfect example of the 1980's geek, not a handsome doctor from Seattle. 

Like his role in Can't Buy Me Love, perfect eighties cheese.  Much better than procedural hospital drama cheese.  But each to their own.

Anyway, whether you're a fan or not, you got to respect his choices. According to the article, Patrick Dempsey Raises $1.1 Million For Cancer... Well, I guess the title tells the gist of it, now doesn't it?

Dempsey through a bicycle challenge raised 1.1 million for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center.

Patrick Dempsey's advocacy for cancer is laudable and in honor of his mother; a sufferer of ovarian cancer. 


Any center that can bring hope and treatment to cancer patients is cool in my book.  Donate now!
