We all have heard about the possible cancer causing cell phone radiation. What about wifi? All that "floating energy" can't be too good can it? In the 1995 Keanu Reeves movie Johnny Mnemonic, a society was crumbling due to an awful parkinson like disease that was caused by all the EMF/ wireless crap that is floating through the air.
Well, while not dealing with human health directly, a Dutch study suggests Wi-Fi possibly harmful to trees. This study as reported by physorg.com, came out of Wageningen University. The scientists found that trees closest to a wireless router showed unhealthier leaves, which soon died off and fell from the tree.
To early to say anything defenitive now, but my suggestion is if this proves to be something serious, we don't ignore it. Oxygen is going to be more important than an internet connection. Additionally, we shouldn't freak out either. Freaking out never solved anything.
