Does Heat Equate to Revenge? At Least in Regards to Baseball.

Apparently, Yes.

If playing in 90 degree weather or hotter, baseball pitchers are far more likely to hit a batter, if earlier in the game on their teammates got hurt.

One way to look at it is that Heat = Jerk.

Another way to look at it is Heat = Entertaining game.

Pitchers bean more batters in the heat of the summer.
