Yesterday I blogged about the introduction of Tai-Chi into the lives of elderly can significantly reduce depression. Now a new study suggests gardening can have similar effects.
Now if we can get people over the age of 65 to become Tai-chi gardeners, they would be the happiest people in the world. Just a thought.
