Having Friends May Keep You Smart! But Not Being Popular is Okay Too

A new study found that going to social events, parties and spending time with friends can be as beneficial against dementia and cognitive decline as doing the daily crossword.  Well at least there is ways to decrease cognitive decline for introverts and extroverts.

If you're popular and like crosswords, then you might just be a super genius in your old age.  Awesome!
